Uraga.id ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Uraga Social application and platform, accessible at social.brandformance.id ("Platform", "App"). We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on Uraga Social, connect social media accounts, or contact us. When you connect your social media accounts — including TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads), LinkedIn, and YouTube — to Uraga Social, we may access and collect the following information through their respective APIs: account profile information (username, display name, profile picture, bio); content and posts published on your accounts; analytics and performance data (impressions, reach, engagement metrics, follower counts); audience demographic information (aggregated, non-personally identifiable); comments, messages, and engagement data; and video and media content metadata.
When you access Uraga Social, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address and geolocation data, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent on the Platform, referring website or source, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery — To provide, operate, and maintain our social media management Services through Uraga Social on your behalf.
Content Management — To create, schedule, publish, and manage content on your connected social media accounts across all Connected Platforms via Uraga Social.
Analytics and Reporting — To monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of your social media accounts and campaigns within Uraga Social.
Communication — To communicate with you regarding your Uraga Social account, services, updates, and promotional offers.
Platform Improvement — To improve, personalize, and enhance the functionality and user experience of Uraga Social.
Legal Compliance — To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
Security — To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and technical issues.
Uraga Social integrates with multiple social media platforms through their official APIs. The following describes how we handle data from each Connected Platform:
Uraga Social accesses your TikTok account information solely for the purpose of managing your content and analytics as authorized by you. We use TikTok's content publishing APIs to create and schedule posts on your behalf, and retrieve performance analytics and insights to generate reports. Uraga Social complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Data Privacy guidelines at all times.
Uraga Social accesses your X account to publish posts, manage engagement, and retrieve analytics data. We use X's API to schedule content, monitor mentions and replies, and generate performance reports. Uraga Social complies with X's Developer Agreement and Policy.
Uraga Social accesses your Meta accounts to manage and publish content across Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Threads profiles. We use Meta's Graph API and related APIs to schedule posts, manage comments and messages, retrieve insights and analytics, and run advertising campaigns when authorized. Uraga Social complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Uraga Social accesses your LinkedIn account or company page to publish content, manage engagement, and retrieve analytics. We use LinkedIn's API to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and generate performance reports. Uraga Social complies with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use.
Uraga Social accesses your YouTube channel to manage video content, retrieve analytics, and monitor engagement. We use YouTube's API Services to upload and schedule videos, manage comments, and generate performance reports. Uraga Social complies with YouTube's API Services Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
For all Connected Platforms, Uraga Social does not sell, rent, or trade any data obtained through their APIs to third parties. We do not use platform data for purposes beyond the scope of the services you have authorized. You may revoke Uraga Social's access to any Connected Platform at any time through that platform's account settings or by contacting us directly.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers — We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating Uraga Social, conducting business, or providing services to you, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Social Media Platforms — When you connect your accounts through Uraga Social, certain data is transmitted to and from the respective Connected Platforms as necessary to provide our Services.
Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
With Your Consent — We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

Social media account data obtained through API integrations will be retained for the duration of your engagement with Uraga Social. Upon termination of services, we will delete all associated social media data within thirty (30) days, unless otherwise required by law.

These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure access controls and authentication mechanisms, regular security assessments and monitoring, and employee training on data protection best practices.
